GENERAL INFORMATION
The IN shopping centre lies situated at the heart of the beautiful ”stone town”. The bus terminal Navet is in close connection to the shopping centre and there are a multitude of parking possibilities; outdoors as well as indoors. More about parking below.
The shopping centre spans three city blocks, interconnected by elevated walkways and outdoor passages to allow visitors easy access throughout the facility. One of the floor’s connected passage is as long as 250 meters!
IN shopping centre offers great variety in that one may find not only clothes and shoes, but also electronics and textiles, health and beauty, as well as a regular grocery store. Besides shopping the mall often hosts original events, and offer several restaurants and cafÈs situated throughout the three blocks, allowing for natural rest stops to take a cup of coffee, or a high quality meal.
Uniquely, the shopping centre also offers the opportunity to enjoy several kinds of entertainment. In the city block called Lyckan both stairs and an elevator lead up to an event floor named VÂningen at the top of the building.
The three city blocks that make up the shopping centre are called Hälsan, Glädjen and Lyckan; loosely translating to Health, Happiness and Joy respectively. Together they form Norrland’s largest inner city mall.

PARKING
When visiting us at IN there are a lot of parking opportunities to chose from. In and around the stone town there are several street-side parking spots and car parks at 1-5 minutes walking distance to our mall.

LOST & FOUND
If you loose something during your visit to the mall, please turn to the INformation desk. Everything found ownerless in the shopping centre is taken there for registration.
Credit cards, wallets, keys, telephones and other electronic devices or similar valuables are left in police care the very day. Other lost items, such as clothes or shopping bags, are registered at the INformation desk and stored in a locker for thirty (30) days from the date it was found.
When thirty days have passed, the things are donated to charity foundations.
